We currently operate an online store and we have a warehouse where we maintain stock. We can arrange a viewing in our warehouse for any item that we have in stock, or similar item so you get to see the quality of our furniture. Just get in touch if you see something you like and want to get a look before buying.
For in stock items it will be within 3-7 days, usually we contact you to arrange a suitable time for delivery. Out of stock items take longer so please check lead times for an estimated time of delivery. Our stock comes from Europe and we usually order items from suppliers and then receive the shipment within 2 weeks. Some other factors effect delivery but we always keep you updated on when to expect the items.
Our order only items should be delivered within the 4-6 week lead time. Once we have confirmation from our supplier that it has been picked up, we will let you know that it is on the way to you. Please note that a variety of factors can affect this timing and we will keep you updated. We only display items on our site that we can source and supply within the 4-6 week time frame.
Yes, we have a flat rate for all Ireland of 50 euro, for Europe its 85 euro. If you prefer to collect from our warehouse in Kilcullen we can arrange that for you. In some situations we can send a delivery on the van to locations within about 20 miles of our warehouse. Please get in touch to get details on this option.
Once your order has been placed we will add this to the delivery queue and it will be scheduled into our active weekly schedule. We may from time to time, depending on the size of parcels, engage with a third party supplier to delivery your goods. We may not have control over delivery from them however we will let you if this is the case prior to delivery.
We ship to any location within the EU. We are working on expanding to other locations. If you are joining us from outside Ireland and can’t see the shipping option for your country then please get in touch on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to help.
We currently use Stripe to manage secure payments, however we recognise that this isn’t always the preferred option for everyone. We can send a secure payment link or if you prefer to pay on delivery/collection we accept cash.
You may be able to collect this as our warehouse is based in Kildare however we may be out on delivery so if you do want to collect please email us at email@example.com and we can get back to you.
Please send us photos of any damage or faults to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will start the process and we will be in contact with you to arrange a replacement or refund. We stand by our product and if you are not satisfied we are happy to discuss replacement.
We really want you to be happy with the product that you have purchased so yes of course you can return the item. We do however encourage you to check all the dimensions prior to purchase, these can be found on each item on the website.
If the item has been delivered then this cost will not be refunded and we will have to deduct the cost of collection from your refund. You will be notified of this prior to collection.
