This will be delivered in 7 days for items that are in stock, items out of stock will take longer so please check lead times for an estimated time of delivery.
Our order only items should be delivered within the 4-6 week lead time. Once we have confirmation from our supplier that it has been picked up, we will let you know that it is on the way to you. Please note that a variety of factors can affect this timing and we will keep you updated.
Yes, you do need to pay for delivery, we have a flat rate of 50 euro for all across Ireland and 85 euro to any other European country.
Please send us photos of any damage or faults to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will start the process and we will be in contact with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
We want you to be happy with the product that you have purchased so yes of course you can return the item. We do however encourage you to check all the dimensions prior to purchase, these can be found on each item on the website.
If the item has been delivered then this cost will not be refunded and we will have to deduct the cost of collection from your refund. You will be notified of this prior to collection.
